Movie News: Ballet Icon Misty Copeland Joins Disney's 'Nutcracker'; Simon Pegg's 'Star Trek Beyond' Clip

A Ballerina's Tale

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms: Misty Copeland, principal dancer of the American Ballet Theatre, has joined The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. Copeland, the subject of the documentary A Ballerina's Tale (above), has nabbed the lead ballerina role in Disney's upcoming dramatization, which is based on the original 1816 story and will feature one dance sequence. Lasse Hallstrom is set to direct. [Variety]

The Founder

The Founder: The theatrical release for The Founder, a biographical drama about Ray Kroc (Michael Keaton), the founder of the McDonald's restaurant chain, has been delayed from August 5 to December 16. The idea is to give the movie greater exposure for awards consideration by critics and Academy Award voters. Linda Cardellini, Patrick Wilson, Nick Offerman and Laura Dern also star. [Deadline]

The Hollars Trailer: In the first trailer for The Hollars, John Krasinski, who also directed, stars as a man who returns home after his mother (Margo Martindale) falls ill.
