RAISING VICTOR VARGAS FACTS

Victor is a New York City kid from the Lower East Side who feels that he has a playboy reputation to uphold. He talks trash, hangs out, and generally acts like a teenager, which frustrates his grandmother. When his rep is questioned, he sets out to win the hand of his school's most pursued girl, Judy.
