    Star Trek Phasers on Whine The latest trailer is here. I’m rooting for the Romulans in this one, because the new Kirk looks like a real puss. Pretty hair. Daddy issues. Not as clever as he thinks he is. The trifecta of douchedom.

    X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE

    Anger Management FAIL The final trailer showcases a winning formula: piss off Wolverine, watch him go crazy. Repeat for two hours. Awesome!

    Forgive and Forget Mostly just forget, because it’s tough to forgive totally botching what should have been a slam-dunk of a franchise. Let’s hope that the rumors of a total franchise recast, rework and reboot are true.

Simpson once toasted, “To alcohol: the cause of, and solution to, all of life’s problems.” If you’ve ever made a seriously stupid life decision while drunk as hell, you’ll appreciate the booze-addled idiocy perpetrated in this trailer by the likes of Ed Helms and Zach Galifiniakis.

    (Spinal) Tapped Out Is the fact that the dudes in this trailer refuse to give up their dreams of drunken rock ‘n’ roll stardom inspiring or depressing? I think it’s a little from column A and a little from column B.

    ODD COUPLE Steven Spielberg wrapped up 32 days of motion capture and handed off all the footage to Peter Jackson, who’s about to start 18 months of digital FX. Considering the letdown that was Indy IV, it’s a good thing Jackson’s doing most of the work.

    Don’t Trust the Internet Did anyone really think that Christian Bale’s rant was enough to get him fired and replaced by Sam Worthington? Pretty sure he’d have to flat-out murder someone to not keep the gig.
