A Surreal Comic Gem by sufidoggy
Many critics have missed the boat on this one and because it?s quirky they?ve dished it as just another failed indie comedy. The fact is, this film is a surreal comedy and if you?re adventurous and want to see something unusual, not starring the pretty flavored actress of the month, check out Bonnie Loren?s performance in ?Tied to a Chair?! Being a surreal comedy, the film doesn?t traffic in logic, rather, it delights in the unexpected image and scenario. Ms. Loren is delightfully true and real as a frustrated housewife who?s missed the boat for her dreams as an actress by marrying a snooty British gentleman who barely honors her thespian aspirations. Faster than you can say, ?watch me? she turns her life around and catches that said boat to wherever it may take her
.and it takes her into some very dicey waters. Loren carries the film, but all supporting players are spot on performance-wise and funny to boot. Don?t miss this one!

Makes you think by youngSmity
Saw this indie film on Friday and was actually surprised. Usually I stick with bug budget films, but this movie actually got me interested in the whole indie fillms thing. Story bounced around a bit, but it makes you keep track of the plot instead of spoon feeding it to you. Another surprise was the ability to speak with cast at the end of the film. Overall good vibe.

Entertaining Blend of Genres by Escribbler
Some will love this film and some will hate it. That is always true of eccentric independent films, of course. Michael Bergmann has directed a comedy that is at its heart about a woman in a mid-life crisis, a former actress who has too long acted the part of inadequate wife and clumsy buffoon. The film follows her in her desperate pursuit of a film role, with screwball comedy speed and absurdity, involving a high-stakes terrorism plot. More of my thoughts about Tied to a Chair are on my blog at [BLOCKED WEBSITE] This film is much more entertaining than the overblown summer Hollywood trash that gets all the press.

Tied to a chair : My Review by Benny-Se7en00
There are not enough words to describe how I feel when watching this film;
no really there aren't because at one point or another this movie hits you some where
deep inside making you say in the back of your mind, "I v'e been there" or "Iv'e done that" or even "I'm still doing that " at least that's how it is for me when I watched the film, it seems to hit all the topics form from marital sacrafices and compramises , trying to make up for lost time
the yearning to never give in, trying to make your wat back to the top, the film even has some talks of religon, the acting was exellent everybody did their homework in order to do what was requiered of them in this movie,
however the editing could use some work
over all this fim is amazing and generally speaks to its audience in a more deeper level
especially if the audience is fom 20- 75
