The story is tedious, noisy and banal. It is also rather dark and convoluted for children, though it does have the familiar bombast of a video game.
It says plenty about how torpid the storytelling in Delgo is that the end credits are probably the best thing in the film.
You'll just wonder why this isn't a video game you can actually play.
Too grim for kids and too dumb for grown-ups.
