The debate over which franchise is better, Star Wars or Star Trek, will live on long after we're all gone -- it's just one of those things that keeps on keeping on, especially now that each franchise is still going strong decades after they first launched. But regardless of where your allegiance lies, there's no question that each franchise carries with it a fanbase that has no problem going above and beyond what your definition of "normal" is. Especially those fans who can afford to really get nuts with their fandom.
Take, for example, these two home theaters. One is from a massive Star Trek fan, and one from an equally-as-obsessed Star Wars junkie. Each home theater comes with an amazing amount of detail, but which one is cooler? Which one would you rather cozy up with a mediocre sequel or prequel in?
