Watch: Michael J. Fox Rocks Out 'Back to the Future'-Style for Parkinson's

Everyone remembers the scene from Back to the Future where Marty McFly takes the gymnasium stage and gives those lame kids from 1955 Hill Valley High School a taste of the rock and roll future. In the movie, star Michael J. Fox simply mimed playing the guitar, but in the video above you can see a now 50-year-old Fox play the song for real on a replica of the red guitar from the film. It was all part of a fundraising charity event held this past Saturday night in NYC called A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Cure Parkinson's.

And speaking of funny things and Parkinson's, Michael J. Fox was actually on this last season of Curb Your Enthusiasm showing off his great sense of humor about a terrible disease while also playing Larry Davis' greatest nemesis yet. Check out that clip below, but be warned if you're at a place with sensitive ears, Fox does drop an F bomb:
