Oh Hugh Jackman, we didn’t think it was possible for you to be any more charming — and then you went ahead and sang this absurd musical-style song about Wolverine and swooooon. The actor stopped by the Matt Edmondson Show to belt out this fun version of “Who Am I” from Les Misérables. Jackman, of course, starred in the 2012 remake of the Victor Hugo novel as French peasant Jean Valjean. The escaped prisoner seeks redemption and tries to start a new life in revolutionary period France. We also appreciate the little X-Men: Days of Future Past plug worked into the song that Jackman so gleefully points out. We can always count on Jackman to give it his all, even for a goofy radio show.
It seems that we’re not short on troubadour actors today, as a video of Bill Murray
singing a slowed-down version of “The House of the Rising Sun” — made popular by English band the Animals — has surfaced
. The bluesy performance took place at the annual Caddyshack
Celebrity Golf Charity Event, and we highly recommend watching it. Murray will star in the upcoming St. Vincent De Van Nuys
, where he’ll play the title character — another curmudgeonly type, who this time befriends a young boy who lives next door. More Murray, please Hollywood.
