Dazed and Confused's David Wooderson is Matthew McConaughey's finest hour. That's not a slight on the rest of the actor's films, he's always likeable whether he's in a romantic comedy or an action movie, but he's never been as singularly perfect as he is as Lee High School's smoothest graduate working for the city.
