Not long ago a scene or two of this ambitious live-action remake of Toy Story was being floated around the Web, and now apparently the entire movie is complete and on YouTube. It's pretty much exactly what the title says it is -- an 80-minute, low-budget live-action remake of Toy Story featuring real toys and a lot of imagination. With over a million views in just two days, we don't have to tell you that this is already one of the year's most popular fan-made videos.
