Contrary to what you may have been told, The Dark Knight Rises is not the only moving coming out this year. Nope, Hollywood is back in session this week with a few new films, one of which is The Watch. Previously known as Neighborhood Watch, The Watch stars Ben Stiller, Jonah Hill, Vince Vaughn and Richard Ayoade as a bunch of suburban dudes who start a watch group when aliens invade their neighborhood. Cue tons of foulmouthed hilarity and some killing of nasty aliens.
One of the things that has us excited about the movie is knowing it's directed by Akiva Schaffer, the man behind 2007's Hot Rod, which to us is one of the most underrated comedies, like, ever. This, we assume, automatically means The Watch will be awesome. So far we're hearing positive things about the movie; that the foursome are funny, entertaining and worth your time. And if you need further convincing, here's an R-rated montage of outtakes (or alternate takes) that hit the Web earlier today. We'll have reviews of the movie arriving on the site soon, so stay tuned.
