Tickets to go on sale June 11th

Fandango has announced that tickets for The Dark Knight Rises will go on sale beginning this coming Monday, June 11th at 12pm est. So if you want to be in on one of those first screenings, you best set your clocks or mark your calendars, or, better yet, sign up for one of those nifty Fandango Fan Alerts.

AMC Announces Dark Knight Marathon

Like they did with the Marvel movie countdown leading up to The Avengers, AMC has announced The Dark Knight Marathon, which will begin on July 19th with Batman Begins, followed by The Dark Knight and then the midnight premiere of The Dark Knight Rises. Tickets for that also go on sale on June 11th over at AMC's official site.

The Dark Knight Rises clocks in at almost three hours

Finally, the official runtime for The Dark Knight Rises has been revealed to be 2 hours and 45 minutes, which should give you plenty of time to sit back, relax and enjoy the hell out of your final adventure with Christopher Nolan's Bat-verse.
