Django Unchained: A new photo reveals a very relaxed-looking Don Johnson in Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained. X-Men: Days of Future Past: As rumored, Bryan Singer will be directing X-Men: Days of Future Past, the sequel to X-Men: First Class. Matthew Vaughn exited the project last week for unspecified reasons. Not everyone is joyous about Singer returning to the series that he kicked off with X-Men and X2, but Fox’s goal is to meet the July 18, 2014 release date that the studio set. Vaughn is still in negotations to help produce the movie. [Deadline]

The Keeping Room: The very busy Olivia Wilde (TRON: Legacy, The Words) will topline a drama set during the Civil War. She will star alongside teenage Academy Award nominee Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit) and Nicole Beharie (Shame) in The Keeping Room, in which three Southern women must defend their home against renegade Union soldiers. Daniel Barber (Harry Brown) will direct. [The Hollywood Reporter]

Struck By Lightning Trailer: If you’re a fan of TV smash hit Glee, then you know Chris Colfer, who broke out and became a star by playing the charming Kurt. Colfer makes his film debut in the upcoming Struck By Lightning -- a film that he also wrote -- and he introduces a new trailer that helps him make his case. The movie hits VOD on December 19 before opening in theaters on January 11. [Yahoo! Movies]
