The first set video for G.I. Joe: Retaliation has been revealed via Entertainment Tonight (who we imagine will also premiere the film's first teaser trailer sometime real soon), and in it we get word from some of the new members of the G.I. Joe team, including Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (who claims his character Roadblock is a "BAMF" (Bad Ass Mother F*cker), Adrianne Palicki (Lady Jaye) and D.J. Cotrona (Flint). Unfortunately we don't get much action, though Johnson does tell some humorous anecdotes about Bruce Willis. Jon Chu directs this sequel, hot off the success of Fast Five, which turned him into one of the most sought-after action directors working today. Due out on June 29th, G.I. Joe: Retaliation also features Channing Tatum, Ray Stevenson, Joseph Mazzello, Ray Park, Arnold Vosloo, Byung-hun Lee and more. Check out the video below.
Also throwing up some behind-the-scenes video is Milla Jovovich, star of Resident Evil: Retribution. She's playing double duties while on set, returning to the role of Alice for the fifth time, as well as shooting videos of what the day-to-day process is like. She's been posting these little videos on Twitter of her walking around set, chatting up everyone from co-stars like Michelle Rodriguez to two guys who play dead soldiers. It's nothing extraordinary, but it is a nice little window into the world of movie-making minus the flashy, well put-together shine of those studio-made featurettes (listen closely to the story about the time the crew was eating lunch and maggots started falling from the ceiling. Yum!)
Check out three of them below. Resident Evil: Retribution hits theaters on September 14th, 2012.
