Predators and Ong Bak 3 Trailers, Muppet News and Not So Final Destination

Eat, Prey, Love The Predators trailer hit the internet this week after premiering at the SXSW festival, and even though I’m not an Adrien Brody fan and like Laurence Fishburne’s Matrix Reloaded-style scenery chewing even less, it still looks pretty damn good. Pic comes out July 7.
Jaa Rules In more cool trailer news, here’s the Ong Bak 3 trailer which is like an awesome-sundae with Tony Jaa on top.
The Real Final Destination? Saying that “they can’t resist,” Warner Bros. will make a fifth Final Destination movie, even though The Final Destination was touted as the final Destination. And since the Warner Bros. announcement this week that all their tentpole movies will be released in 3D, this probably will be, too.
Muppet Man The Hollywood Reporter announced this week that Jason Segel will play the leading man in Disney’s muppet movie. Is that kind of creepy considering he went full-frontal in Forgetting Sarah Marshall? Just asking.
Next Box Love love love Sam Raimi, and no doubt his take on the haunted box story will be way better than that dumb-as-rocks The Box with Cameron Diaz. His Ghost House Pictures will make Dibbuk Box, based on a “true” story about a family who possesses a haunted box that was the basis of this Los Angeles Times article.
R.I.P. Fess Parker A tip of the ol' coonskin to the beloved star of Davy Crockett, Daniel Boone and Old Yeller, who passed away March 18 at 85 of natural causes. The King of the Wild Frontier will be missed, but his wine still kinda sucks. Sorry.
