Poster-Crop Quiz: Can You Guess These Movies with a Season in the Title?

Poster-Crop Quiz: Can You Guess These Movies with a Season in the Title?

Apr 03, 2014

Check your calendars, readers, it's time for another Poster-Crop Quiz. This week was a bit of a challenge. We wanted to honor Captain America: The Winter Soldier, but a Marvel-movie poster quiz has been done and the specific lineage of Cap movies, prior to 2011, is short and embarrassing. Therefore we have decided to pay homage to this sequel's seasonal secondary title.

We have gathered posters from 10 films, each of which has the name of a season in its title. We then hacked those posters to pieces and it is now up to you to put them back together. See if you can identify all 10 posters and leave your guesses in the comment section below. The first person to correctly name all 10 posters will receive a shout-out in next week's quiz.. .and Level Three S.H.I.E.L.D. security clearance.

OK, OK, we know. Technically Legends of the Fall isn't a reference to autumn, but growing up I would see this cover sitting on the video-store shelf and always assumed it was actually a movie about the fall season. How wrong the 10-year-old me was.

Last week's answers: Shaft, Bad Boys, Serpico, Die Hard, RoboCop, Dirty Harry, Police Academy, French Connection, L.A. Confidential, Heat.

Congrats to last week's champion: Grimwolf!
