Food trailers were all over downtown Austin this SXSW and were a popular way to grab a quick bite.
No, Austin didn't get a freak snowstorm and deer invasion -- this is the Nokia Dome, set up in a parking lot for parties and promotions.

Like last year, each SXSW theater had an status board for upcoming screenings, so you could tell what was already sold out (or about to) ...
But this year, the fest also continually updated a "Virtual Status Board" so you could keep track of availability on the go.
Pedicabs, clustered around the Austin Convention Center, were a popular way to get around downtown without being stuck in automotive gridlock.
Nick Offerman seemed to mistake the premiere of

for a music venue, serenading the audience with "Rhinestone Cowboy."
