Paul Rudd Pranks Conan O'Brien Repeatedly in This Awesome Video

Dec 17, 2013

Paul RuddPaul Rudd is a movie star – and movie stars tend to wind up on all the late-night shows to promote their latest project. However, Rudd is also a funny guy – and during his appearances on Conan O’Brien’s show for the past few years, he’s been showing the same clip over and over. This is, as website PolicyMic points out, like a real life Rick-Roll of the famous talk show host.

Every time Rudd shows up on Conan, he plays a clip from the 1988 family film Mac and Me. Rudd has pulled the stunt multiple times over the past few years, as this awesome supercut video demonstrates, but it really never gets old. In fact, it actually gets funnier the more he does it. I don’t know if it will be quite as hilarious moving forward since the cat is out of the bag and now people will expect it, but kudos to Rudd for pulling off a wacky bit that actually worked.

Check out the clip below.
