It really shouldn't matter what your politics are, the above image of President Barack Obama posing with original Star Trek actress Nichelle Nichols has to give you a nice, geeky smile. It was taken in the Oval Office this past Leap Day when the USS Enterprise's chief communications officer visited the White House, presumably to advise the Commander in Chief on all things Tribbles, Gorn and Klingon.
