Sam Raimi's horror classic The Evil Dead joins its two sequels that are already on Blu-ray—Evil Dead II: Dead by Dawn and Army of Darkness—on August 31. The horror-comedy starring Bruce Campbell as demon-kicking S-mart employee Ash Williams gets a new high-definition transfer supervised by Raimi and supplements that include behind-the-scenes footage, outtakes, talent bios and a photo gallery. In addition, Raimi, Campbell and Robert Tapert return for a new audio commentary for the BD. "Groovy!"

You are about to enter The Twilight Zone…in high definition. Image Entertainment is prepping 1959's The Twilight Zone: Season 1 for its Blu-ray debut on September 14. The five-disc set of Rod Serling's classic TV series will contain all 36 episodes and is expected to mirror the bonus features of its DVD counterpart, including vintage audio recollections, "Rod Serling Audio Lectures from Sherwood Oaks College," isolated music scores featuring Bernard Herrmann and Jerry Goldsmith, an unaired pilot and much more.

The original Ocean's 11 starring Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Peter Lawford and Angie Dickinson makes its Blu-ray debut on October 5 for its 50th anniversary. The Rat Pack classic that spawned a remake and two sequels starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt is packed with some swinging supplements, including commentary by Frank Sinatra Jr. and Dickinson, an interactive map of Las Vegas casinos then and now, an excerpt from The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson and more.

Although The Order is not one of Heath Ledger's finest cinematic moments, we'll take anything we can get of the late actor on Blu-ray. The movie featuring Ledger as a renegade priest sent to Rome to investigate a murder in a secret order of priests will likely port over all the extras from the DVD for its BD debut, including a director's commentary, deleted scenes and dailies.

Return to the swamps of New Orleans for a cheesy haunted tour that turns grisly in the 2006 horror-comedy Hatchet, which makes its Blu-ray debut on September 7. This unrated director's cut features more carnage and three horror icons: Kane "Jason Voorhees" Hodder, Robert "Freddy Krueger" Englund and Tony "Candyman" Todd.

Also new on BD this week: Caddyshack, From Paris With Love, The Illusionist, Power Kids and Shutter Island
