Movie News: First 'Noah' Poster; 'Choose Your Own Adventure' Movie Chooses Director; 'In Fear' Trailer

Noah: The biblical Noah is known for building an ark, but from the way the title character looks in the first poster for Darren Aronofsky's Noah, Russell Crowe may be using that axe for something other than construction work. The movie's due out on March 28. [Paramount]

Choose Your Own Adventure: Long in development, a big-screen version of Choose Your Own Adventure is finally moving forward. Rawson Marshall Thurber (We're the Millers, Dodgeball) will direct. Meanwhile, Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon (A Night at the Museum) are in negotiations to write the screenplay, based on the series of books that have sold nearly 250 million copies over more than three decades. Tomorrow Night: Three years before Pootie Tang, Louis C.K. made his directorial debut with the black-and-white independent film Tomorrow Night. After world premiering at Sundance in 1998, however, the film disappeared from sight -- until now. Louis C.K. is making the film available for sale today, but only from his own website. Steve Carell, Conan O'Brien, Amy Poehler and Wanda Sykes make brief appearances. The price is right: $5.00. [New York Times]

In Fear Trailer: A loving couple drive off for a relaxing weekend away, and get lost. Then the terror begins. In Fear stars Iain De Caestecker (Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) and Alice Englert (Beautiful Creatures), and the new trailer serves up warning that it will be a seriously frightening night. The movie will have a limited theatrical release on March 7. [Anchor Bay Films]
