You might know Neighbors by its former name, Townies. Directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and produced by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg (This Is the End), it stars the former as a normal guy living a normal life with his normal wife (Rose Byrne), until one day a fraternity buys the house next door. Now the boring couple has to square off with head frat boys Zac Efron and Dave Franco as the pair turn their new house into, well, a frathouse.
You've probably got a good guess from that premise, cast and crew if Neighbors is a movie for you, but if you're on the fence, this trailer should help nudge you over. It starts out with the predictable, "Hey, we're old but we're still cool" jokes, but it builds to a few laugh-out-loud moments, but most importantly it features Dave Franco stealing a scene with his absolutely awe-inspiring Robert De Niro impersonation. That impression alone is probably going to make Neighbors worth it when it hits theaters on May 9, 2014.
Warning, trailer is NSFW.
