I Am Legend

City That Sailed: Will Smith will star in City That Sailed, confirming reports that began circulating three years ago. The story follows "a father and daughter on the island of Manhattan as it breaks loose and sails across the Atlantic Ocean." (?!) As far as we know, the movie has nothing to do with Smith's adventures with broken bridges in Manhattan in I Am Legend (pictured above); it will, however, be developed and directed by Shawn Levy (Real Steel, Night at the Museum). The Wonder Twins: The popular Midtown Comics in Manhattan received a movie poster from Warner Bros. in the mail, which is nothing unusual -- except it's for a movie that doesn't exist. The poster appears to reference The Wonder Twins, a Hanna-Barbara cartoon from the 1970s featuring superpowered siblings, and suggests that a movie starring Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher will be released in 2014. The highest likelihood is that it's an elaborate fan prank, but another suggestion is that it's a fake poster for the forthcoming movie version of Entourage. [Coming Soon]

Heaven Is for Real Trailer: Greg Kinnear and Kelly Reilly star as a married couple whose young son claims he went to heaven in Heaven Is for Real, heading to theaters in time for Easter 2014. The first trailer certainly looks a sincere treatment of the story. It's based on a best-selling book; Randall Wallace (Braveheart) directs. [Sony]

Cuban Fury Trailer: The very funny Nick Frost (The World's End) dances up a storm in the romantic comedy Cuban Fury. He takes up salsa dancing to give him a better chance to outmaneuver Chris O'Dowd and impress newly arrived Rashida Jones. The movie will hit U.K. theaters on Valentine's Day 2014, though we're still waiting for a U.S. release date to be announced. [MSN]
