Cars 3

Cars 3: The first official look at concept art from Cars 3 reveals a brand new character racing alongside Lightning McQueen (voiced by Owen Wilson). Cruz Ramirez is a young Hispanic female race car (the yellow vehicle), employed to serve as a trainer for the veteran McQueen so the older car (in red) can compete more effectively against young sensation Jackson Storm. Voice actors Larry the Cable Guy, Bonnie Hunt and Cheech Marin will also return; voice casting for Ramirez and Storm has not yet been revealed. Look for the movie in theaters on June 16, 2017. "They just started filming Justice League, so I'm kind of like waiting for my crack at it," Eisenberg said. "I don't know what I'm allowed to say, because I feel like there's probably some drone following me from DC, and if I say anything wrong I get, you know, picked off." The movie is scheduled for release on November 17, 2017. [ComicBookMovie]

James Bond 25: Sam Mendes (Skyfall; SPECTRE, above) confirmed previous rumors that he will not be directing the next installment in the James Bond spy series. As to who might play the famed role, he said that producer "Barbara Broccoli chooses who’s going to be the next Bond: end of story. … I can guarantee whatever happens with it, it will not be what you expect. That’s what she’s been brilliant at, and that’s how it’ll survive." [Telegraph]
