Southpaw

Southpaw: Jake Gyllenhaal lost 25 pounds for his role as an ambitious tabloid news reporter in this fall's Nightcrawler, a performance that's won him wide acclaim. But, as the first official image from Southpaw reveals, he's now gone the opposite route, reportedly gaining 15 pounds of muscle. He stars as a former champion boxer who must fight his way back into contention; Antoine Fuqua (The Equalizer) directs. [Deadline]

Frozen

Frozen: It's not official yet, but the star of Disney's animated smash hit Frozen says that a sequel is "in the works." Idina Menzel, who voiced the character of Elsa and sang "Let It Go," had no other details to share, and cannot even confirm that her character will return: "We'll see," she said. "I'm just going along for the ride." [The Telegraph]

Seth Rogen

The Interview: Via social media, Seth Rogen invited fans to an advance screening of The Interview in Denver, Colorado, where he stated: "I get baked with everyone first, and we can smoke weed in the theater." Rogen costars with James Franco and also codirected with Evan Goldberg; in addition, he's invited fans in Boston to have beers with him and then watch the movie, which opens in wide release on December 25. Shaun the Sheep The Movie

Shaun the Sheep Trailer: The first full trailer for Shaun the Sheep has arrived, and it's every bit as gregarious and cheeky as might be expected from the creators of Wallace & Gromit and Chicken Run. The story follows Shaun and a flock of sheep as they search for the farmer, who's gone missing in the big city. The movie is due for release next spring. [Aardman]
