Captain America: The Winter Soldier / Pete's Dragon

Pete's Dragon: Robert Redford is in talks to star in Disney's new version of Pete's Dragon. The 1977 original featured a live-action cast, an animated dragon and 10 songs; the remake, to be directed by acclaimed indie filmmaker David Lowery, who cowrote the screenplay, will drop the songs and focus on the story of an orphaned boy raised by a dragon. Redford would play a local citizen who "tells tales of dragons." [The Wrap]
