Movie News: Hugh Jackman's Final 'Wolverine' Movie; More 'Tranformers' Sequels and Spinoffs Are Coming

Wolverine: Hugh Jackman has hinted before that he's ready to say goodbye to playing the X-Men character Wolverine, and now he's given his clearest signal yet. In a social media post, he featured a photo with the caption, 'WOLVERINE...ONE LAST TIME. HJ," apparently referring to the third stand-alone Wolverine movie, set for release on March 3, 2017. Akiva Goldsman, Transformers: Age of Extinction

Transformers: Rejoice: more Transformers movies are on their way! Akiva Goldsman, a veteran writer and producer (I Am Legend, Insurgent), is in talks to organize a so-called "writer's room" that would come up with ideas for a multi-part sequel series, as well as possible spinoff films for the franchise, giving Transformers its own movie universe. Goldsman would be working with director Michael Bay, and producers Steven Spielberg and Lorenzo di Bonaventura. [Deadline]
