Crimson Peak

Crimson Peak: The first official photo of Tom Hiddleston in Crimson Peak reveals him to be a fine-looking gothic gentleman. Guillermo del Toro's horror movie, due in theaters October 16, is keeping its plot secrets to itself for now, but we know that Hiddleston plays the new husband of author Mia Wasikowska, and that a frightfully old English manor is involved. Jessica Chastain also stars. [Empire via Collider]

The Skin I Live In

Silencio: Spanish filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar (above with Antonio Banderas on the set of The Skin I Live In), has announced his new movie, titled Silencio. “It’s a return to the cinema of women,” he says, “of great female protagonists, and it’s a hard-hitting drama, which excites me.” Almodóvar, who won an Academy Award for 2002's Talk to Her, is currently casting the project and expects to begin filming in April. The Wedding Ringer

The Wedding Ringer Clip: Kevin Hart and Josh Gad star in the comedy The Wedding Ringer as a professional best man and hapless groom, respectively. Hart is hired to help out Gad, who has no one to serve as best man at his upcoming nuptials to Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting. In a new clip, Hart, Gad and a ragged group of unlikely groomsmen take on the bride's father and friends in an impromptu game of mud football. The movie slides into theaters on January 16.
