The Legend of Tarzan

The Legend of Tarzan: Our first look at Alexander Skarsgard in The Legend of Tarzan reveals him to be a very muscular man of the jungle. The movie finds the titular character some ten years after he's returned home to England and settled into his life as Lord Greystoke, accompanied by his wife Jane (Margot Robbie). When he returns to Africa and his wife and friends are endangered, he must put on his old loincloth to save them. Look for the movie in theaters on July 1. [USA Today]

Burn After Reading

Suburbicon: George Clooney's noir drama Suburbicon is moving forward. As we noted in October, it's based on an original script by Joel and Ethan Coen -- together with Clooney, above, during filming of Burn After Reading -- set in the 1950s. Matt Damon, Julianne Moore and Josh Brolin are in negotiations to star, with production slated to begin in October 2016. [Deadline]

Life of Pi

Ang Lee: Back in 2013, Ang Lee (Life of Pi, above) was touted to direct a movie based on the championship prize fight known as the "Thrilla in Manila," contested between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier in the Philippines in 1975. The project, which had been placed on the back burner, has now been revived and it may be the next film Lee directs. [Deadline]

Sisters

Sisters Video: Former Saturday Night Live castmates Tina Fey and Amy Poeher are reunited in the raucous comedy Sisters, heading to theaters on December 18. In a hilarious new video, they sit down to talk about the movie and their costars, and are joined by writer Paula Pell. [Movieclips]
