Peanuts: A new version of Charles Schultz' beloved Peanuts comic strip is heading to the big screen on November 6, 2015, and the first images and trailer have been revealed, featuring Charlie Brown and Snoopy. Steve Martino (Ice Age: Continental Drift) is directing. [USA Today]

Michael Bay: With Transformers: Age of Extinction ready to assault theaters on June 27, Michael Bay is mulling over his next project. As a producer, he has mutliple logs in the fire, and he's added one more, a "real science adventure thriller with an undersea component" that he may end up directing. It's still in the development process, with two writers who formerly worked together on TV's The Cape on script duties. [Heat Vision]

300: Rise of an Empire: An argument about the ending of a movie led to a man being run over by a truck; he died later that night. Witnesses say that three men got into a discussion after seeing 300: Rise of an Empire. The argument became heated as they headed into the parking lot, then two of them got into a pickup truck, and the driver backed up, hit the third man with his vehicle, and left the scene. The Maze Runner Trailer: The first official trailer for The Maze Runner finds a young man (Dylan O'Brien) waking up with no memory, surrounded by other young people, all trapped within the gigantic walls of a mysterious, deadly maze.
