Captain America: The Winter Soldier: A cool new IMAX poster for Marvel's Captain America: The Winter Soldier, opening on April 4, harks back beautifully to the World War II-era origins of the superhero, giving a nostalgic feeling to a movie that is set firmly in the modern day. [SuperHeroHype]

Buzz: The Life and Art of Busby Berkeley: Ryan Gosling will produce, and may star in and direct, a big-screen biography of legendary choreographer and director Busby Berkeley, based on the book Buzz: The Life and Art of Busby Berkeley by Jeffrey Spivak. Three-time Academy Award nominee Berkeley was well known for his geometric, kaleidoscopic dance sequences, often filmed from overhead (as illustrated in the clip below), in a career that stretched from the 1930s to the 1950s. Nymphomaniac: Volume I: Lars von Trier's Nymphomaniac has generated a good deal of controversy due to its sexually explicit content. However, that has not deterred a theater in New York City from including it as part of its "Rattle and Reel" program, a weekly series that offers free admission to all babies -- as long as they are accompanied by an adult who pays the normal admission price. Nymphomanic: Volume I opens tomorrow. []

Island of Lemurs: Madagascar Featurette: Morgan Freeman imitates a lemur in a new, behind-the-scenes featurette for Island of Lemurs: Madagascar. Freeman, the filmmakers, and scientists talk about the challenges of filming a nature documentary in a rain forest, and explain what drew them to the titular animals. The movie opens exclusively in IMAX theaters on April 4. [Warner Bros.]
