Tom Hardy: Like Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy played a prominent role in The Dark Knight Rises, but Hardy could soon be starring in a very different type of action vehicle. He’s in early talks to star in Everest as a real-life climber who tried to conquer Mount Everest three times in the 1920s. Doug Liman (Jumper, All You Need Is Kill) is set to direct. [Deadline]
