X-Men: Days of Future Past

X-Men: Days of Future Past: The latest image from X-Men: Days of Future Past depicts an armed and dangerous Magneto (Michael Fassbender) standing with Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) and Beast (Nicholas Hoult) -- but are they for Magneto or against him? All will be revealed when the movie opens on May 23. [Total Film]

Explorers: Released in 1985, Joe Dante's Explorers followed a trio of young teenage boys who build their own spaceship and explore the universe, discovering that aliens are not that different from humans. Now Paramount has set up the movie to be remade through its low-budget Insurge label; writers have been hired and producers assigned. The original featured the debut performances of Ethan Hawke and River Phoenix, and also starred Jason Presson. [Heat Vision]

Something Wicked This Way Comes: Ray Bradbury adapted his own novel for 1983's Something Wicked This Way Comes, the tale of a circus with evil intent that comes to a small town. Disney has brought on Seth Grahame-Smith (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter) to make his directorial debut with the project; he will also write up a treatment, after which another writer will be hired to flesh that out into a full-fledged screenplay. Sabotage Trailer: Arnold Schwarzenegger stars in David Ayer's Sabotage as the leader of an elite DEA team that faces off against a powerful drug cartel with devastating consequences.
