World War Z 2: Director Juan Antonio Bayona (The Impossible) has departed the sequel to Brad Pitt's zombie epic World War Z 2. Scheduling issues are to blame; Bayona is still finishing his next movie, A Monster Calls, while Paramount wants to start production on their sequel this summer, aiming for theatrical release on June 9, 2017. The untitled project will revolve around a couple who must deal with uninvited guests disrupting their tranquil home.
