Transformers: Age of Extinction

The Six Billion Dollar Man: Mark Wahlberg (Transformers: Age of Extinction) is attached to star as The Six Billion Dollar Man for director Peter Berg. The duo previously teamed on the real-life war movie Lone Survivor; their new project is based on Cyborg, a 1972 novel by Martin Caidin, and the 1970s TV series that starred Lee Majors. The premise is that a former astronaut is badly injured in a plane crash; rebuilt with bionic body parts, he becomes a secret government agent. Back in 2011, Bryan Singer and Leonardo DiCaprio were touted for the project.
