With a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one-man weapon of mass destruction. As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.”
Kellan Lutz: The man who arm-wrestled Kristen Stewart in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 has earned himself a starring role as a covert assassin in indie thriller Tatua. Kellan Lutz played Emmett Cullen in the romantic vampire series; in the new film, his character has a rare blood type that allows him to be tattooed with a special type of ink -- and then pull the tattooes off his skin and use them as weapons. Harvey Weinstein, who heads distributor the Weinstein Co. and is spearheading the film's campaign for awards consideration, was not happy, describing the NFL’s decision as “nothing short of censorship.” []
