Avengers: Age of Ultron

Hulk: Mark Ruffalo says that a Hulk stand-alone movie "doesn't look particularly promising" right now. While Marvel will feature Hulk in the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok, Universal controls the rights to the character's solo movies and the companies are not seeing eye to eye at the moment. On the positive side, Ruffalo said: "I know for a fact that everyone is holding out hope that one day we can do it." [Yahoo]

Inferno: A new image from Ron Howard's upcoming Inferno showcases Tom Hanks and Felicity Jones looking like they're about to go on the run. Hanks is reprising his role as Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon for the third time, following The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons. This time he wakes up with amnesia, yet must still stop the release of a global plague. The movie is heading for theaters on October 28, 2016. [Coming Soon]

Mad Max: Fury Road

Mad Max: Fury Road: No less an authority than filmmaker Quentin Tarantino says that Mad Max: Fury Road is the best movie of 2015. The filmmaker secured a print of the movie on 35mm and watched it three times over a weekend, even though he was initially resistant to the idea: "In a world where Mel Gibson exists, how can you cast Tom Hardy? So, I even wanted to get all defiant about it and #NotMyMax. Then I saw the movie and, ‘Okay, it’s terrific,’ and he’s pretty good in it, I have to admit." [Première via Collider]
