A day doesn't go by without someone unearthing a set of rare behind-the-scenes Star Wars photos, showing us glimpses of Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher smiling, laughing and just plain clowning around. Many of these images are beginning to surface once again in advance of Star Wars Celebration VI later this August in Orlando, Florida, which is a four-day celebration of all things Star Wars. Many of these images also appear in J.W. Rinzler's book, Making of The Empire Strikes Back, which you can snag over at Amazon.
In writing about the event and book, The Daily Mail posted a bunch of said images, including this random one from the set of Return of the Jedi. We don't remember seeing this image go around a ton -- and if it has, we apologize for the repetition -- but even if you have seen this before, it's still a fun shot of Fisher in full Slave Leia costume bending down with her arms around a nasty Gamorrean guard, about to plant a kiss right on that snot-filled nose.
Knowing what we now know about Fisher and her time spent on this set, we don't want to know what she was "on" when this pic was snapped, so we'll just chalk it up to her having a little fun with a character who never got the respect he deserves. Give the Gamorrean his own spin-off movie George!
