If Christopher Nolan Directed a Live-Action 'Justice League' Movie, It Might Look Like This

Nov 25, 2011

Considering the fact that Warner Bros. convinced Christopher Nolan to sort of "Godfather" their new Superman movie by getting involved in the story, casting and all that fun stuff, it's pretty safe to say that Warners will want to keep him involved as they slowly inch their way back toward a Justice League movie after a previous version fell apart due to budget constraints and creative differences. Whether or not it actually comes together -- and how fast it becomes a reality -- will probably depend on how Marvel's The Avengers does this May. If that ignites a firestorm at the box office and breaks records, then expect Warners to quickly begin staging their own superhero team-up movie utilizing their stable of DC characters.

Naturally, fans are already way ahead of the game, dreaming up movie posters for the live-action Justice League movie they'd want to watch. In this one, artist Daniel Morpheus pieced together the film he'd like to see, which has Nolan directing an all-star cast of superheroes, including Christian Bale returning as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Ryan Reynolds as Green Lantern, Bradley Cooper as The Flash, Bridget Regan as Wonder Woman, Justin Hartley as Aquaman and Doug Jones as Martian Manhunter.

The chances of this particular scenario actually coming true are pretty slim, though we admit it's an enticing lineup. What do you think?
