Country Strong on DVD and Blu-ray April 12. The drama is about a rising country-music songwriter (
Garrett Hedlund) who becomes involved with a fallen star (Paltrow). The two then embark on a career-resurrection tour helmed by her husband/manager (Tim McGraw) and a beauty queen-turned-singer (Leighton Meester). Both the DVD and Blu-ray contain the original ending, two music videos, deleted scenes and an extended performance of "Shake That Thing" by Paltrow. The Blu-ray adds three making-of featurettes on the cast, costumes and songwriters.
