The Dark Knight Rises marketing campaign has been relatively small so far. Now that the film is about two months out from release, however, you can expect Warner Bros. to crank up the ad machine; new posters like the one below will surely just be a small part of it.
As for the poster, it first appeared on the flim's official Facebook page. It's not wildly different from the first TDKR poster, save for Gotham City appears to be on fire. Batman should probably stop looking so sullen and do something about that.
