If there was any way to buy our tickets now and then sell them for a bag of smack, we'd do it in an instant. Unfortunately, though, the film
Dogs in Pocketbooks isn't due out for awhile, if it even hits theaters at all. Lydia Hearst, an heiress to those crazy rich Hearst folks, will
star in a film that's supposed to be based on the life of
Lindsay Lohan, according to what a producer told Page 6: "[The movie] is in no way mean-spirited towards Lindsay. It's the kind of thing she has spoofed about herself in the past. It's more of a satire about the crazy people around her..."
After that story sailed around the Internet yesterday -- prompting the Lohan clan to consider a lawsuit -- the producer then backpedaled and claimed it wasn't based on Lindsay, but based on a composite of young stars like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears.
And since that composite is as interesting as a slab of concrete, we expect this to be yet another Lindsay Lohan movie that goes direct to DVD.
