With news of Charlie Sheen's drug-fueled
freak allergic reaction to medicine spreading across the globe faster than it takes him to dial a hooker upon checking into a hotel room, the troubled actor has finally spoken out about the whole affair. This comes just as new images of his wrecked hotel room have surfaced online.
The images show a bed with pillows strewn about, as well as a tipped-over chair. Though it doesn't look as if thousands of dollars' worth of damage was done (as The Plaza hotel claims), we still haven't seen pictures of the inside of that closet the hooker was allegedly locked in. Hey, for all we know that thing could resemble the prisoner hole from Silence of the Lambs. Something tells us, however, that police were called before it rubbed lotion on its (or his) skin.
Sheen, in a text to RadarOnline.com, said, "The story is totally overblown and overplayed as far as the reality of the scenario. I know what went down and that’s where it will stay... under wraps." At this point Sheen -- who's been in and out of rehabs and romantic relationships many times over the years -- isn't the most trustworthy, especially since he's trying to save his own ass (and career, if he's still interested in having one).
We'll give him the benefit of the doubt (whatever, you like Two and a Half Men too), though don't expect us to wait outside his hotel room for an autograph anytime soon.
