Prior to the release of The Avengers next May 4th, Marvel will debut a book called Road to the Avengers, which is a collection of in-movie continuity stories that not only tie all the Avengers-related Marvel movies together, but they will also serve to help familiarize fans with the characters and their previous adventures before they all team up to battle Thor's brother Loki and his alien army next year. The below promo art is a piece of working (aka not final) cover art for the book.
Here's a synopsis for that book, courtesy of Coming Soon (image via Bleeding Cool).
