Surviving elementary school is tough enough without having an odd connection to the Harry Potter series of books (and movies). So imagine how difficult it will be for this poor kid, who shares a name with a certain villain who shall not be named (okay, it's Lord Voldemort). Has the Potter villain been reincarnated as a little kid? Probably not, but if we were him we'd totally use this odd coincidence as a chance to be a total badass on the school playground.
