Only one week after tickets for The Dark Knight Rises officially went on sale and you'd think Christopher Nolan's final Batman film was a sold-out rock concert. Similar to when The Dark Knight came out, tickets for those first IMAX screenings of The Dark Knight Rises have now popped up on eBay for as much as almost $500 for just one pair! Those outrageous prices are for tickets in the UK; here in the states you can pick up individual tickets in New York (home of the largest IMAX screen in the world) for about $150 each. If seeing this film hours after it opens is that important to you, then have at it. Otherwise, we imagine you can wait 24-48 hours and slide into a screening for a whole lot less. [Screencrush]
Meanwhile, as moviegoers scarf down tickets, The Dark Knight Rises continues to roll out additional marketing. They've set up a pretty fun site that allows you to design your own Batmobile (or Tumbler), then drive it around the Wayne Industries' test track. Check out a few images below, and have a go at it right here.

The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters on July 20th.
