Married to the Mob Details

FULL SYNOPSIS

[[Performer~P56469~Michelle Pfeiffer~michellepfeiffer]] is Married to the Mob in this comedy. The wife of Mafia hitman Alec Baldwin, [[Performer~P56469~Pfeiffer~michellepfeiffer]] regularly chastizes her husband for his underhanded line of work. [[Performer~P3515~Baldwin~alecbaldwin]] refuses to entertain any thoughts of quitting the mob-and besides, he's got a good thing going with [[Performer~P71658~Nancy Travis~nancytravis]], the promiscuous girl friend of gang boss Dean Stockwell. When [[Performer~P68385~Stockwell~deanstockwell]] catches on to [[Performer~P71658~Travis~nancytravis]]' peccadilloes, he murders both his mistress and the unlucky [[Performer~P3515~Baldwin~alecbaldwin]]. At [[Performer~P3515~Baldwin~alecbaldwin]]'s funeral, [[Performer~P68385~Stockwell~deanstockwell]] is overwhelmed by [[Performer~P56469~Pfeiffer~michellepfeiffer]]'s beauty, and immediately begins plying her with expensive gifts. But [[Performer~P56469~Pfeiffer~michellepfeiffer]] is through with this sort of thing, and with her young son in tow, she leaves town, hoping to start life anew. Upon making the acquaintance of bumbling, seemingly sincere [[Performer~P49832~Matthew Modine~matthewmodine]], [[Performer~P56469~Pfeiffer~michellepfeiffer]] is convinced that [[Performer~P49832~Modine~matthewmodine]] is just another mob flunkey. But it's even worse: [[Performer~P49832~Modine~matthewmodine]] is an FBI agent, ordered to get to [[Performer~P68385~Stockwell~deanstockwell]] by using [[Performer~P56469~Pfeiffer~michellepfeiffer]] as bait. Reluctantly (he's grown quite fond of her himself), [[Performer~P49832~Modine~matthewmodine]] blackmails [[Performer~P56469~Pfeiffer~michellepfeiffer]] into setting up a rendezvous with [[Performer~P68385~Stockwell~deanstockwell]]. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi
