Synopsis
Originally released in 1973, this horror classic set new standards for the scary movie genre. 11 (or 12, depending on whose version of reality you believe) minutes have been edited back into the original, including never-before-seen scenes. Adapted from the novel by William Peter Blatty, which purported to be based on the last Catholic-sanctioned exorcism performed in the United States, it stars Linda Blair, Ellen Burstyn, Jason Miller, and Max Von Sydow.
