Catch Me if You Can (Good)

The amazing thing about Steven Spielberg is that fans can cite films from any of the four decades in which he has worked, and make a persuasive case for that film being his best. In Catch Me if You Can, Spielberg takes on the story of con man Frank Abagnale Jr., and does so with no small amount of stylistic charm. DiCaprio shines as the troubled youth turned master criminal, and the opening title sequence alone would’ve been worth the price of admission that Christmas in 2002.
