SNL’s Mike Meyers and his International Man of Mystery exploded into movie theaters in 1997 and immediately added at least a half a dozen new catchphrases to the pop culture lexicon. The story of a swinging '60s superspy cryogenically frozen and then thawed in the '90s, these films also introduced us to the insidious, and balding, Dr. Evil. Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery begat one of the most commercially successful comedy franchises in history.
